2017 Local Government GIS Coordinator Forum

IGIC’s Education Committee held our 11th Annual Government Geospatial Coordinator Forum last Thursday, November 16th, 2017 at the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds in Noblesville, Indiana.

Thanks to our host this year:  Matthew Baller, GIS Director, Information System Services Department, Hamilton County Indiana.

This year’s forum was attended by over 70 GIS enthusiasts and advocates working at all levels of government across Indiana who use, develop, coordinate or manage Geographic Information Systems (GIS) maps, data, and tools to serve and support their communities.

Thanks to everyone who helped coordinate this year’s event, and especially to those who presented and facilitated the discussions.  The final agenda and presentations are published HERE.

If you were not able to attend this year, please mark your calendar for next year’s event scheduled during Geography Awareness Week 2018.
