Exhibitor Booths



The cost of an 10′ x 10′ booth is $650. Each booth includes:

  • 2 Registrations
  • 8′ Draped display table
  • 2 chairs
  • Electric service
  • Wireless internet
  • Company listed on conference website and in program

Booth Assignments

Booth locations will be assigned as payments are received, with priority given to sponsors. Final locations will be assigned by April 5th by the Conference Committee, and will be in the best interest of the conference. Every effort will be made to match exhibitors’ preferences.

Registration Policy

All exhibitors must be registered. Two complimentary conference registrations are included with each booth. Up to three additional booth participants may register for $100 per person or through sponsorship opportunities. Exhibitor badges will be furnished to each exhibitor and must be worn for identification purposes at all times in the exhibit hall.

Donating Door Prizes

Each registered exhibitor may donate one prize or prize package to be given away, by random drawing, at the closing ceremonies. Please bring your gift to the registration desk on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Be sure to include a business card so we may recognize your generosity.


Some pre-shipping can be accommodated at the Horizon Convention Center. Contact Kent Park at (317) 281-2092 for more information on shipping items prior to conference set-up dates.


Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Geographic Information Council, The Indiana Geological Survey, the Conference Committee and all co-hosts from and against any and all liability and expenses for personal injury and property damages or loss arising from or out of the use by the exhibitor space or related activities.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. This policy and the schedule below apply to all exhibitor, individual and sponsor registrations.

By April 5, 2013 – Full refund
April 6-12, 2013 – Refund less $35 administrative fee per registration
After April 12, 2013 – No refunds
