We are soliciting full time undergraduate and graduate students to help with this year's conference.
Volunteers are asked to provide their services for one half day or one full day session, and will be able to attend the entire conference free of charge.
Duties will include:
Making lighting adjustments
Providing information about the conference
Trouble shooting equipment problems (or getting conference staff to help)
Students will be given session assignments prior to the conference. Volunteers can sign up for full or half-day time slots, but will need to be present for the full session.
Half Day Session
7:3:0 am -1:00 pm OR 1:00 - 4:30 pm
Full Day Session
7:30 am - 4:30 pm
