The cost of an 8' x 10' booth is $650. Registrants are asked to give their first three choices for booth locations (eee the floorplan). Each booth includes:

Exhibitor locations will be allocated as paid registrations are received, with conference sponsors receiving first priority. The final determination of all space assignments will be decided by the Conference Committee no later than April 6th, and will be in the best interest of the conference. Every effort will be made to match exhibitors’ preferences.

All exhibitors must be registered. Two complimentary conference registrations are included with each booth. Up to three additional booth participants may register for $100 per person or through sponsorship opportunities. Exhibitor badges will be furnished to each exhibitor and must be worn for identification purposes at all times in the exhibit hall.
All vendors are welcome to furnish a digital profile to be included in the conference program. Your profile should be 300 dpi, and can be as large as 9.25” x 6.25” for sponsors or 4.5” x 6.25” for exhibitors. Acceptable formats include tif, jpg, pdf, psd, or ai. Please email your profile to jdubeansky@igic.org no later that April 6th.
Each registered exhibitor may donate one prize or prize package to be given away, by random drawing, at the closing ceremonies. Please bring your gift to the registration table on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Be sure to include a business card so we may recognize your generosity.
The convention center does not have a holding area for packages shipped in advance, nor will they receive for delivery any materials shipped for the conference. For guests of the conference hotel, Bloomington Courtyard by Marriott 812.335.8000, small packages may be shipped and stored for a few days. Please contact the hotel to discuss arrangements. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Geographic Information Council, The Indiana Geological Survey, the Conference Committee and all co-hosts from and against any and all liability and expenses for personal injury and property damages or loss arising from or out of the use by the exhibitor space or related activities.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing. This policy and the schedule below apply to all exhibitor, individual and sponsor registrations.
By April 6, 2012 - Full refund
April 7-13, 2012 - Refund less $35 administrative fee per registration
After April 13, 2012 - No refunds
