Abstract: Indiana now has statewide local-resolution data in the National Hydrography Dataset. Instead of the older high-resolution NHD data developed at a scale of 1:24,000 (1″=2,000′) and digitized from historic USGS Quadrangle Maps, the new local-resolution data was developed at a scale of 1:2,400 (1″=200′) or better using Indiana’s statewide Lidar and Orthoimagery data. Learn how to find the new data and some ways you can use it.
