Hotel & Parking

The IGIC conference will be held May 12-14. May 12 is reserved for a la carte workshops, while regular conference programing will be held May 13-14.

Hotel reservations are only available at the Courtyard Monday night, May 11! The Courtyard is connected to the convention center while the Hyatt Place is about 2 blocks north.

  • IGIC Discount Rate: $149 per night for a standard room. This special group rate is available through April 11, 2026 or until the room block is fully reserved.
  • Book your room online or by calling 1-888-236-2427. Mention you are with "IGIC Indiana Geographic Info Council 2026".
  • Room reservations can be cancelled with no penalty if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Parking:  parking is $15/night and charged directly to your hotel bill if staying at the conference hotel. There is a QR code at each parking slot as you go to park. You can scan that QR code or follow these instructions. Our group code is “IGIC”.  Ensure you are using the group code and not paying (you were already charged). Parking is managed by a third party and neither the hotel nor IGIC can provide reimbursements if you do not follow the instructions above. Conference attendees not staying at the hotel should check here for parking details.

  • Parking:  parking is $8/night and charged directly to your hotel bill. Parking is on-site.
