The IGIC conference will be held May 12-14. May 12 is reserved for a la carte workshops, while regular conference programing will be held May 13-14.

  • IGIC Discount Rate: $149 per night for a standard room. This special group rate is available through April 11, 2026 or until the room block is fully reserved.
  • Book your room online or by calling 1-888-236-2427. Mention you are with "IGIC Indiana Geographic Info Council 2026".
  • Room reservations can be cancelled with no penalty if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Parking: A $15 parking fee be added to the rate and paid with your hotel bill. When you go to park, follow these instructions. The group code for parking is "IGIC". As the parking is third-party, it is important you DO NOT pay as you are parking. The hotel/IGIC most likely will not be able to reimburse you. Use the instructions provided above.
