The IGIC conference will be held May 12-14. May 12 is reserved for a la carte workshops, while regular conference programing will be held May 13-14.

  • IGIC Discount Rate: $149 per night for a standard room. This special group rate is available through April 11, 2026, or until the room block is fully reserved.
  • Book your room online. Or, call 1-888-236-2427 and mention you are with "IGIC Indiana Geographic Info Council 2026".
  • Room reservations can be cancelled with no penalty if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Parking: A $15 parking fee be added to the rate. IGIC will be provided a QR code to provide to you upon registration confirmation. Scan the QR code when you go to park for the event instead of the QR code that is in front of you in the parking space. As the parking is third-party, it is important you DO NOT pay when you park. The hotel/IGIC most likely will not be able to reimburse you. Use the QR code provided to you.
