As the FME Solutions Developer, you will have the ability to leverage leading Geographical Information Solutions to support the Indiana Department of Transportation. You will be responsible for administering and configuring the department's complex GIS applications and FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) processes. The successful candidate will support existing solutions and analyze new requests for potential business integration with GIS data. Persons with experience in any of the following technologies are encouraged to apply; administering ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, authoring workflows with FME Form, administering FME Flow, and developing with Microsoft Power Apps.

Esri Roads & Hwy System  Administrator - INDOT

This position is expected to understand and manage for the agency the ESRI Roads and Highways, location referencing solution. This includes configuring event editor, supporting the expansion of the asset or characteristic types, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the SME for integrations. The position regularly takes part in industry meetings for the forward development of this technology with the vendor leading and stakeholders contributing. As the Roads and Highways System administrator, you will have the ability to leverage leading Geographical Information Solutions to support the Indiana Department of Transportation. Project Manager - Tippecanoe County

  • Assists in supervising and directing assigned personnel, including assisting in interviewing applicants, planning/making work assignments, and providing training and corrective instruction.
  • Supervises field crews in locating and monumenting section corners, including determining position, driving/walking to/from sites, digging, marking, recording reference points, and measuring distances.
  • Performs field surveys, analyzing problems, and monumenting and perpetuating section corners. Researches department records to determine section corner locations. Maintains records, maps and files, including updating wall maps and card files.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of drafting, GPS, and GIS mapping and various related software and equipment.
