The State Library’s continuing education website has a list of approved providers who have blanket LEU approval for all offerings.
Some providers may offer programs that are shorter than 30 minutes. In order to qualify for an LEU the program must run longer than 30 minutes. Some providers may offer programs that are not library related. Please remember the limit on non-library related LEUs are capped at 10 per 5-year education cycle.
Please make sure you use the name of the company listed on this list when making your own certificates if necessary. Failure to do so may result in the certificate not being counted as an LEU credit due to confusion.
Please remember to follow all policies and procedures about documenting conferences, both in person, online live, or archived webinars when taking credits. These policies can be found at http://continuinged.isl.in.gov/certification/policies-on-leus/. Failure to follow these procedures will result in your credit not being accepted in case of an audit.
Please refer to the manual linked below for detailed explanation of LEUs.
