Caleb Slocum honored with Governor's Public Service Achievement Award

Caleb Slocum has been selected as a recipient of the 2023 Governor’s Public Service Achievement Award for his work modernizing the Public Works Certification process. His outstanding commitment and innovation at work has produced a measurable, positive impact on the agency and the State of Indiana. Caleb is a member of the Indiana Geographic Information Council where he serves as its second vice president.

The Governor’s Public Service Achievement Awards were first established in 2005 by Governor Mitch Daniels and are the highest recognition for exceptional public service among State of Indiana employees and teams. They celebrate those who have made a significant and positive impact on their agency’s finances, operations, or the communities they serve. This year, Governor Eric J. Holcomb has chosen to reintroduce this awards program to recognize exceptional state employees and teams.

An awards ceremony will be held on Monday, Oct. 23 where Caleb will be presented with the award by Governor Holcomb.
